Continuous tastings start at 6:30pm. Both Beaujolais Nouveau and Beaujolais cru wines will be tasted. Learn about how the new wine (Nouveau) fortells the quality of the future, matured Beaujolais wines.
Heavy Hors d'œuvres will be available throughout the evening. Wake Tech culinary students will be on-hand to describe their fresh, hand made, tasty creations which include terrines, cheeses, charcuterie, breads and sweets.
Tickets include a souvenier wine glass, a tasting of the three wines, 2 glasses of wine of your choice and unlimited Hors d'oeuvres.
Dress is party/dressy casual.
Please join us in this fun celebration to learn about the Beaujolais wine, sample some French cuisine, support our youth exchanges and learn about our other Cary sister cities programs.
The proceeds of this event will support the ongoing Culinary exchange with Wake Tech Culinary Arts Department and the Lycée d’Etat Hôtelier du Touquet in Cary's French sister city, and the ongoing Youth Exchange between Cary and Cary's French sister city, Le Touquet.
